What is it, exactly?

A powder that melts, then re-hardens into a shell.

We spray a fine powder onto a bare metal part and heat it until it melts completely — think of a hard candy turning to syrup — then it cools and sets into one smooth, seamless coating bonded straight to the metal. No primer. No second coat.

The result is a genuinely thick shell — several times thicker than standard paint or powder that's built up in multiple layers.

Because thermoplastic melts and re-cools without a chemical cure step, it stays genuinely flexible — a real advantage on parts that bend or take repeated impact. Get it damaged? It can often be re-heated and repaired right on site, without stripping the whole part. Standard powder and liquid paint remain the right, proven choice for the vast majority of everyday parts.
